We will arrange a pickup and deliver the replacement within 14 working days. Just pack the product properly with all accessories.

If an accessory is missing, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. We will verify and send the missing item if applicable.
Q11: Who pays for the return shipping in case of replacement?
If the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, Astornio will cover the return shipping.
